＜一覧：英語メールでホテルにいろいろ聞いてみた＞

バリ島のホテル予約も完了し、あとはホテルまでのタクシー予約。２日目以降の宿泊先のホテルアナンタラウルワツから次のホテルのパンパシフィックニルワナまでは、随分と時間がかかりそう（2時間？）。

ジンバランのAnantaraからパン パシフィック ニルワナ バリ リゾートまでの移動途中で、クタ、レギャン、スミニャックを通過するので、そのあたりで、ランチ＆ショッピング＆観光もしたい。

そこで、タクシーを時間で貸しきることに。タクシーチャーター？　カーチャーター？と言うらしいのですが予約してみることに。

Webで調べると随分と多くの業者もある。お値段も6時間で4～5千円。しかし、初めてで、荷物も積んでの移動なので、信頼できるところがいいのだが。

そこで、お値段は高くなるだろうが、宿泊先のホテルを介してTransferの予約をすることに。そこでホテルタクシー＆カーチャーター送迎サービス(pick up service)を英語メールでお願いしてみた。

どこのホテルにお願いしようか悩んでいたら、パン パシフィック ニルワナ バリ リゾートのリザベーションからのみ「Airpot taxiどうする？」との親切なメール。まあホテル予約した全員に返信しているのでしょうが。

そこで下記英語メールでアナンタラからパン パシフィックへの移動（Transfer）と最終日のパン パシフィックから空港までのAirpot Transferをお願いしました。

 

＜1.最初のホテルからきたメール＞

Dear Mr. XXXXX,

Thank you for your reservation at Pan Pacific Nirwana Resort Bali

Airport transfers is available on 3 different type of private cars as follows:

– Toyota Innova at USD 44 net/car/way for maximum up to 3 persons with luggage

– Mini Van Pregio at USD 60 net/car/way for maximum up to 5 persons with luggage

– Limousine Alphard at USD 86 net/car/way for maximum up to 3 persons with luggage

In order to confirm the arrangement, we require your flight details (Flight number, Date and Time)

Would appreciate if you could send us your flight details along with your preference car type for the airport transfers arrangement

＜2.ホテルへのお願い＞

片道で結構なお値段。ホテルの相場らしいのですが。

キーワードは、空港からのピックアップは「Airport transfers」で通じる。ホテルに頼むならタクシーではなく「private cars」といえばOKらしい。さて、今回パンパシにお願いしたい移動は、空港からではなくホテルからホテルへの移動と帰りの空港までの移動。

とりあえず次の英語メールを返信。言いたいことは「アナンタラでピックアップして」、「car charter」、「レギャン辺りで食事＆観光」、「日本語か英語が話せる運転手」、「当日のスケジュール＆条件」、あと「お値段いくら？」

 Dear person in charge,

Thank you very much for your email.

Flight details are MH715, 23 Aug (arrival), MH714, 29 Aug (departure).

Our transfer requests are as below;

1.Hotel transfer on 27 August.(to your hotel from Anantara Uluwatu hotel)

We will check out the Anantara Uluwatu hotel on 27 August.So, I request you to arrange a service to pick us up from the Anantara Uluwatu hotel to the your hotel by car charter, with japanese or english speaking driver.

Would you kindly quote your best price?

condition;

(A). Pick up time at Anantara Uluwatu hotel : 27 August 12:00

(B). Then we will visit to Seminyak/Legian areas for leisurely enjoy the lunch and Sightseeing. (13:00?)

(C). Leaving the Seminyak area (the time around 15:00)

(D). Arrive at your hotel. (16:00)

(E). Car class ; such as Toyota Innova（My family, 2 adults and 1 child with 2 luggages.)

 

2.Airport transfer on 28 August.(to Airport) by Toyota Innova

＜3.ホテルからの返事＞

いきなりごめんなさいと来た。英語話せるドライバーでもいいって伝えたのに。そのせいでお値段高め？　帰りの空港まではお安くなった。

Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

Apologize none of hotel drivers speak Japanese.

1. Alternative we could offer outside transportation with Japanese speaking driver available at US $ 85 net / 6 hours charter , additional hour at US $ 15 net /hours by Suzuki APV or US $ 95 net / 6 hours charter by Toyota Kijang Inova and additional hour at US $ 17 net/hour

2. Transfer to airport on August 29th with Japanese speaking driver available at US $ 40 net /car/way by Suzuki APV and US $ 50 net by Toyota Inova

Kindly advise us shall we arranged the transfer

<4.ホテルへの返事>

さて、なんて返事するか。カーチャーターのお値段は相場の倍、しかしながら安心＆安全を買うことに。

ホテルからは、提案したけどアレンジ（手配）どうすると聞いてきているので、こっちが言いたいことは、「提案承知」、「手配して」、「車のクラスの指定」。そして改めて重要なことは行き違いがないように「2件のTransferの詳細依頼内容」を記すこと。

I understand and accept your suggestions. Please arrange for transfers

1. Outside transportation with Japanese speaking driver at US $ 85 net / 6 hours charter, by Suzuki APV. 　 (Pick up time at Anantara Uluwatu hotel : on August 27th, 11:00am)

2. Transfer to airport on August 29th at US $ 40 net /car/way by Suzuki APV

<5.再びホテルからの返事>

 予約が出来たよとのこと。しかし帰りのピックアップ時間を教えてくれ？そんなのコッチはわからないよ。ホテルから空港まで何時間かかるのか、渋滞状況もわからんし。帰りのフライト伝えてるのに・・・・

Dear Mr. XXXXX,

1. We have booked transfer from Anantara Uluwatu on August 27th at US $ 85 net / 6 hours charter by Suzuki APV. Driver will pick you up at 11.00 am at Anantara Uluwatu

Payment would be direct to driver

2. We have also booked transfer out to airport on August 29th at US $ 40 net / car/way by Suzuki APV. Please advise time to be pick up at hotel on August 29th

<5.ホテルへの最終連絡>

言いたいこと：帰りのフライト。ピックアップは、空港に２時間前に到着したいということ。それから移動時間がどれだけかかるのか判らないから、何時に出発すればいいかも判らない。

Thank you very much for your kindly service.

Our departure flight is MH714(DPS-KUL)12:50-15:50

Therefore, We have to be in the airport 2 hours before departure.

How long does it take from your hotel to airport? If it will take 2 hours. Pick-up time on 29th will be 8:50am

Please advice and book the transfer.
