＜一覧：英語メールでホテルにいろいろ聞いてみた＞

クラビアオナンビーチ、ピピ島、ランター島のホテル予約が終わったので、あとは移動手段の確保。

安全を買い、ホテルに送迎手配を英語メールで依頼してみた。

 

＜1.ピピ島ホテルへの依頼メール＞

ピピ島への往復は、宿泊予定のピピ アイランド ビレッジ ビーチ リゾートにお願いすることに。言いたいことは、「アオナンビーチのホテルに泊まっているのでピックアップに来て」、それから「次にランター島に移動するので、Saladan Pierまでに移動＆ファリーチケットのアレンジをお願いしたい」

メールタイトル：Request for transfer service on August 23th and 26th

＜2.ホテルからの返事＞

このホテル「ピピ アイランド ビレッジ ビーチ リゾート」、直ぐに返事が来た。メールの対応が良いところは、経験上からも安心できます。

返事の内容もコチラの希望するもので、判りやすものでした(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و

なお、料金は1500バーツ／大人1人片道。　ちなみに個人でフェリーだけを予約すると約400バーツ。フェリー代とは別に、ピピ島のtonsai桟橋から、ホテルまでのロングテールボート代を含んでも少しお高いかも・・・・でも安全・安心を優先で。また、フェリーチケットの確保も面倒でしたので。

<3.ランター島のホテルからの連絡>

次は、ランター島の桟橋から、ホテルまでの送迎を「ピマライ リゾート & スパ」に英語メールで依頼。予約時に向こうからメールが来ています。

Warm greetings from the Pimalai!

We are delighted to re-confirm booking a Hillside ocean view private pool Villa one bedroom for stay on period 26-29 August 2015 for 2 adults+1 child 11 years old.

If arriving to Krabi airport, & concerning you transfer, please let us know imperatively of your flight details (flight number and time) so for our Airport representative to meet with you, straight after the collection of their luggage’s from the luggage collection area.

Should you wishes to reserve Pimalai transfer service, please kindly advise us a minimum 72 hours  in advance prior to arrival date.

Transportation all year around (We highly recommend you to book a flight that lands at Krabi airport in the morning or early afternoon).  

Transportation from Krabi airport is a journey of approximately 2 hours – or less – on share mini van & share speed boat operated by the resort, for its guests exclusively.

The complimentary transfers from Krabi airport – or jetty – (& return) are arranged to coincide with fixed resort boat schedule (please see below).

Mainland jetty to Pimalai – 09:00, 11:00, 12:45, 14:45, 16:15 and 17:30 hrs

Pimalai to mainland jetty – 06:30, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00 hrs

 

Please note:

During daytime, and on rare occasions, we may have to cancel the boat trip at any time if it is determined that there are adverse weather or sea conditions. We will then use the two public ferries to get you to the resort; the transfer may then take a 30 minutes additional travel time. 

Very unfortunately & essentially for safety reasons we are not able to operate the resort boat transportation during darkness – mainly from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am. For a very late arrival, you should know that WE CAN ALWAYS get you to the resort as we are able to rent the use of the public ferries even after normal ferry operating times (the ferries normally stops regular service at 10.00 pm.)

Departing from the resort; we use the same route as on arrival, though we allocate extra travelling time to ensure that you are well on time to catch your flight home.

上記メールに対して、返事を発信しておく。空港ではなくて、ランター島の桟橋に迎えに来て欲しいと。それから帰りのクラビ空港までの送迎時間も通知。

Our family shall be staying at Phi Phi island. We will check out the hotel
“Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort” on the morning of the 26 August.
So, I request you to arrange services to pick up us. Pls confirm the below.

Could you arrange the transfer from Saladan Pier to your hotel by car ? Transfer from Phi Phi to Saladan Pier at Ko Lanta has been arranged by Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort Hotel.

<5.ランター島のホテルからの返事>

このホテルも返事がはやっ！　ランター島のsaladan pierまで迎えに来てくれるとの返事。 “Lanta at Pier”レストラン前に集合とのこと。これで一安心。なお、帰りはホテルのリゾートボートで送ってくれるらしい。

 

Dear Ms. xxxxxxxxx,

Please meet our staff that shows hotel name sign board at the front of restaurant “Lanta at Pier” when you arrive at Saladan pier on 26 August 2015, we will drive you with a van 30 minutes to Pimalai.

Departure on 29 August 2015 – TG252 at 15.10 hrs – share van (at round 12.00 hrs) drive 30 minutes from Pimalai to Lanta Old Town jetty then share resort boat ride 30 minutes to mainland jetty and share van 60 minutes to Krabi Airport.

We look forward to welcoming you.
