＜一覧：英語メールでホテルにいろいろ聞いてみた＞

アナンタラ・ウルワツの夕日に憧れ宿泊を計画。

しかしながら、いまだ工事中とあちこちのブログに書いてあるので直接ホテルに問い合わせてみた。また、オーシャンフロントプールアクセススイートの部屋にあるプールがプライベート用なのか、あと部屋が禁煙とあったので喫煙可能か電子メールで問い合わせてみた。

＜ホテルからの返事＞

結論は8月現在も工事中。朝10：30から4：30まで。オーシャンフロントヴィラは2013年7月末で完了。8月中にガーデンヴィラを終えるとのこと。さて、問い合わせたオーシャンフロントプールアクセススイートは専用プール。タバコはバルコニーで喫煙可能。

Greetings from Anantara Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa,

Thank you for your email inquiry and we would like to give you an update of the hotel project progress.

Rooms available will be divided into 30 panoramic Ocean Suites, 4 Ocean Suites with Pool Access,13 Ocean Front Suites and 6 Ocean Front Suite with Pool Access. During the soft opening period we will have the main pool and fitness centre available, Spa outlet have been opened by 15 June 2013. Our Rooftop restaurant and bar will be open for all day dining, the Poolside restaurant will be available to serve a la carte menus and beverages around the pool area, and for those guests wishing to dine in their suites we will have room service available. The leading room category will be ready for certain amount and our villa still in project.

We are also working on finishing the other areas of the hotel and have work ongoing between 9am – 6pm Monday-Friday. In order to minimize guest disturbance we have restricted mechanical work to 10.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Friday. Meanwhile, booking during the weekend is more recommended for a peaceful holiday.

Based on above mention that we still have project for our villa category. Our Ocean Front Villa will open by end of this July and Garden Villa will open by Dec 2013.

Hopefully, we will for the fully open by end of this year.

 

As per above information, kindly inform you that we have already finish for 5 Ocean Front Villa, however it will be open by end of this July and for the Garden Villa sill continue the minor work.

 

We are pleased to advice your question as below:

Yes, for the pool access it will available at Ocean Front Pool Access Suite and will able to use by guest who have stay in the room.Thus if you booked for that room it will using by your family only, other guest can’t using the room

Yes, however kindly inform you that is only minor work for the villa category only. We will finish and open for our Ocean Front Villa by end of this July. Now we are already finish 5 Villa for the Ocean Front Villa and left only 2 Unit for completed the interior. During August minor work will only for our Garden Villa and located behind of our font building,For your reference, kindly find our hotel map as attached.

All of our room is non-smoking, however for the guest can be using the balcony for the smoking

ホテルの反応が良かったので今年の夏はバリ島に決め、予約しました。アナンタラのホームページからの予約が、AgodaやExpediaよりも安かったです。朝食付き。それから、ホテル敷地内の地図が送られてきました（コチラ）。
